Egypt condemned in the strongest terms in a statement issued by the Foreign Ministry an attack by Houthi militias on a mosque located at camp "Kovel" in Marib on March 17, which killed about 34 martyrs and wounded 100 others.
The Foreign Ministry's spokesperson expressed condolences to the families of the martyrs, calling on God Almighty to encompass them with his mercy and inspire their families with patience and fortitude, and wished a speedy recovery for the injured. He stressed that Egypt's government and people stand in solidarity with the legitimate government of Yemen and its brotherly people during this ordeal.
