Officials Memos in Arabic, the official language, are the means of addressing the department. In case the Memo is written in another language, an official translation should be attached.

A copy of the personal ID, issued by the Department of Protocol, should be attached to the correspondences related to personal use. The ID should be valid, and the diplomatic member should be enlisted on the diplomatic list.
